Prices Does not Include VAT<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- SAWAMI guarantees you that this program is Error Free,<\/p>\n

in case there is any kind of Error it will be Fixed Free of charge at<\/p>\n

SAWAMI location.<\/p>\n

2- The user(s) can get the new updates asked by other<\/p>\n

user(s) for the same version free of charge and will be installed at<\/p>\n

SAWAMI location. By paying SR100 the program will be installed in<\/p>\n

The user(s) location (please refer to line 7 or 8).<\/p>\n

3- SAWAMI Will give consultation and answering to the question referring to<\/p>\n

The program at SAWAMI location or on phone.<\/p>\n

4- If user needs more training, consultation and answering to the question<\/p>\n

he will be charged SR 100 for the first hour and SR 75 for<\/p>\n

Each additional hour (please refer to line 7 & 8).<\/p>\n

5- Any type of Error in the program will be checked for free of charge at<\/p>\n

SAWAMI location if its out the user will be charged (please refer to<\/p>\n

line 7 & 8)<\/p>\n

6- Errors caused by user(s), Network, Computer or Power failure or Virus.<\/p>\n

The user(s) is responsible of paying the cost of repair.<\/p>\n

7- Any visit to user(s) location by technician or by any executive user(s)<\/p>\n

Will be charged SR 100.<\/p>\n

8- If the user(s) location is out of SAWAMI or its Distributors location the<\/p>\n

user(s) have to pay SR 250 per day and pay for Accommodation,<\/p>\n

Transportation.<\/p>\n

9- If the user(s) need any kind of Enhancement(s) the cost will be discussed<\/p>\n

With the user, (the Enhancement(s) can be rejected).<\/p>\n

10- In the case of the transfer of the system to another computer the registration<\/p>\n

Fees is SR 200. Note Do not use the system on the previous computer<\/p>\n

11- Copying, Renting or Selling of the Program is illegal.<\/p>\n

12- Technical Support and training must be provided by SAWAMI or one of<\/p>\n

The official distributors.<\/p>\n

13- User must take daily backup of the database<\/p>\n

14- This agreement is valid for one year.<\/p>\n

Maintenance agreement can be renew by paying SR 720 per year<\/p>\n

If user do not need Maintenance the following will be Applied<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- SAWAMI guarantees you that this program is Error Free,<\/p>\n

in case there is any kind of Error it will be Fixed Free of charge at<\/p>\n

SAWAMI location.<\/p>\n

2- The user(s) cannot get the new updates.<\/p>\n

3- If user needs more training, consultation and answering to the question<\/p>\n

he will be charged SR 150 for the first hour and SR 75 for<\/p>\n

Each additional hour (please refer to line 6 & 7).<\/p>\n

4- Any type of Error in the program will be checked for free of charge at<\/p>\n
