1- SAWAMI guarantees you that this program is Error Free,

in case there is any kind of Error it will be Fixed Free of charge at

SAWAMI location.

2- The user(s) can get the new updates asked by other

user(s) for the same version free of charge and will be installed at

SAWAMI location. By paying SR100 the program will be installed in

The user(s) location (please refer to line 7 or 8).

3- SAWAMI Will give consultation and answering to the question referring to

The program at SAWAMI location or on phone.

4- If user needs more training, consultation and answering to the question

he will be charged SR 100 for the first hour and SR 75 for

Each additional hour (please refer to line 7 & 8).

5- Any type of Error in the program will be checked for free of charge at

SAWAMI location if its out the user will be charged (please refer to

line 7 & 8)

6- Errors caused by user(s), Network, Computer or Power failure or Virus.

The user(s) is responsible of paying the cost of repair.

7- Any visit to user(s) location by technician or by any executive user(s)

Will be charged SR 100.

8- If the user(s) location is out of SAWAMI or its Distributors location the

user(s) have to pay SR 250 per day and pay for Accommodation,

Transportation.

9- If the user(s) need any kind of Enhancement(s) the cost will be discussed

With the user, (the Enhancement(s) can be rejected).

10- In the case of the transfer of the system to another computer the registration

Fees is SR 200. Note Do not use the system on the previous computer

11- Copying, Renting or Selling of the Program is illegal.

12- Technical Support and training must be provided by SAWAMI or one of

13- User must take daily backup of the database

14- This agreement is valid for one year.

Maintenance agreement can be renew by paying SR 720 per year

If user do not need Maintenance the following will be Applied
